Please note that we only exchange your items if they are defective or the wrong size was sent to you.
The Best Kaynd will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be mailed out within 5 days from the date the order is received.
Items must be returned with all The Best Kaynd Official tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. Please note The Best Kaynd does not accept returns nor an exchange on sale items.
